MATURATION
The wine was matured for 11 months with 50% new medium toast French oak.

COLOUR
Medium straw with green hints.

NOSE
A lifted nose showing lots of typical Chardonnay aromas – nectarine, blossoms, marmalade and limes. The complexity derived from long term aging on lees adds malt, roast nut, toast and cinnamon notes.

PALATE
This wine has generous ripe fruits and a creamy texture. There is peach, nectarine and honey. It has great mouthfeel with a clean finish.
