Warm weather from December to February set the course for a early start to vintage. Grapes reached full ripeness with balanced sugar levels and natural acidity.

NOSE
Definitive Margaret River Sem Sav. Passionfruit, fig, cut straw, spices, granny smith apples and more. Quite complex and it opens up in the glass more with a little time.

PALATE
Fig, passionfruit, snow peas, apples and spice. Incredible mouth feel and texture with a crisp, clean finish.
