VINTAGE CONDITIONS
Warm weather from December to February set the course for a early start to vintage. Grapes reached full ripeness with balanced sugar levels and natural acidity.

COLOUR
Salmon pink in brilliant condition.

NOSE
Quite floral with strawberry and mulberries. There are some years esters as well.

PALATE
There is cherry, strawberry and some sherbet. There is some spritz which gives the palate some lift and freshness. Finishes clean.
