VINTAGE CONDITIONS
We had a great start to the growing season with a warm spring and very little rain. There were a few showers in December but the weather was generally very good. This allowed good flavour development with naturally high acidity.

GRAPE VARIETY
Pinot Noir

MATURATION
The wine was matured for 11 months with 25% new heavy toast French oak.

COLOUR
Bright garnet with clear rim.

NOSE
A lifted nose showing lots of typical Pinot Noir Varietal character. Strawberry, cherry and chickory. Some toasty oak notes as well.

PALATE
This wine has generous ripe fruits and shows strawberry and cherry. There are vanilla notes with some cinnamon.
